These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Crucinos website and related services operated by Crucinos LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website/ mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not continue to use our website. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of these Terms, along with any updates or modifications that we may post from time to time.

1. Eligibility

• One account per individual; business/admin access requires authorization.
• Crucinos may be used only in supported regions.

2. Your Account

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Crucinos isn’t liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

3. Using the App

• Use the app only to earn, track, and redeem rewards.
• Do not exploit, duplicate, or manipulate QR codes or points.
• Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
• License & Intellectual Property
  • We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • All app content and code are owned by Crucinos or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.
•  Acceptable Use
  • Do not attempt to game points, share or duplicate QR codes, or automate scans.
  • Do not interfere with the app, its APIs, or other users, or introduce malware.
  • Do not access admin-only features without authorization.

4. Rewards & Points

• Points are earned via eligible actions (e.g., valid QR scans). Points are subject to verification.
• Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or exchanged.
• We may correct or adjust points for errors, suspected fraud, or system issues.
• Redemptions may be limited by product availability and store participation.
• Points do not expire currently; if that changes, we will provide advance notice.

5. Program Changes

• Features, benefits, or terms may be updated at any time.
• Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

6. App Availability

• We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Features may change or become unavailable due to updates or technical issues.
• Third-Party Services
  • We use service providers like Amazon Web Services (hosting) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications).
  • We are not responsible for third-party outages, networks, or fees charged by your carrier/ISP.

7. Termination

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.

8. Privacy

• We respect your privacy—see the Privacy Policy for details.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• Communications
  • Transactional notifications may be sent about your account or rewards.
  • You may turn off notifications in iOS Settings at any time. You can also request to opt out of promotional notifications while keeping essential messages.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
•  Warranty Disclaimer
  • The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crucinos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits.
• Indemnification
  • You agree to defend and hold Crucinos harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

12. Miscellaneous

• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect (severability).
• You may not assign your rights; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
• These terms plus our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the app.
